I inspire, empower and support the Oliver team, leading global client conversations and overseeing creative content at scale, while also managing brand transitions. This role involves pushing creative boundaries, acting as a brand guardian, improving processes, overseeing automation, and fostering a creative community within the organization. Additionally, leading client and creative escalations, interviewing, onboarding and training staff and ensuring that all creative objectives align with the overall vision. Line management mapping, creative career path osv.

My role on the account raise the bar on the day to day work and pick up opportunities for where improvements can be made.
Online, OOH, DOOH, SoMe, In-Store etc.
